The Sejmik’s Sessions

Sessions are called by the Chairman of the Sejmik when necessary,  but  at least once a quarter. The announcement concerning calling of a session should include a draft agenda, drafts of resolutions and other documents connected with the draft agenda. The Sejmik ussually gathers on Mondays. Each point of the agenda is discussed during the the session, unless the Sejmik decides differently.
